Return & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we gladly accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please contact our Customer Care Team via email at info@ywigs.com to initiate a return, providing details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If applicable, please attach clear pictures of the item(s).

After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) securely with the original packaging and drop them off at your local post office.

Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will issue a refund to your original payment account and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via email at info@ywigs.com. We will work with you to address and resolve the issue promptly.

Return Conditions

You have 7 business days to decide if an item is right for you and initiate a return or exchange. Please ensure that you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, as requests received after this period will not be considered.

Please note that custom items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging intact. We do not accept products that have been worn or used, altered in any way, chemically processed, or have an odor. We also do not accept items that have been sent back without proper return authorization.

Return Address

If you need to return any items, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain the nearest return address.

Please do not send your return to the address on the package, as it is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us or refused by the customer at the time of delivery due to an invalid address, inability to deliver, or customer refusal, it will be restocked. A refund will be issued to your original payment account, minus the initial shipping charge.

To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Once an order has been placed, our system cannot make any changes to it. If you need to make changes, please contact us before your order is shipped.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Repair Policy

Every customer can enjoy one free repair service within three months of purchase. If more than three months have passed, please contact us for repair service options. Repairs typically take about 35 business days, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.

Order Cancellation and Change

We are happy to assist with order cancellations and changes if your order has not yet been shipped. Please note that additional charges may apply for changes requested after your order has entered the processing stage.

For assistance with cancellations or changes, please contact us at info@ywigs.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
